You see how it's white on the inside?
I believe that it's two fonts, (both from Last Soundtrack)
The Maple Origins and Birth of a Hero.

Thanks to Rodolphe for finding the other one

I'll leave this yellow for someone else to decide.

Okay, well I found some more examples where it was white on top and ID'd as rosewood, it should be simple enough to achieve that effect.
