Yes, it's free for commercial use.

It's NOT free for embedded commercial use on a website, Typodermic; doing so would infringe on the license agreement included when downloading the font because using the font on WordPress, Joala, etc., involves hosting the font file and embedding it using @font-face in CSS, both of which fall outside the permitted uses under the desktop license we automatically get when downloading the files.

Please do not mislead users into misusing the font.

Also, it shouldn't be categorized as 100% free because it means any use (embedded or not). It should be under "100% Desktop Use Free."

I didn't mean to mislead. Dafont doesn't have a category for fonts with a free commercial use desktop license. It's the least wrong category I can choose. It was set up a couple of decades ago, when that category wasn't as common as it is now. If Dafont added that category, I would definitely use that.
