The author of this font is decent enough to credit the original designer in the description, but gets both names wrong. These letters were originally designed by Rosmarie Tissi and named after Mindanao, the island in the Philippines which she visited in 1975 when she drew the alphabet. I also wonder if the anonymous “Have Fun with Fonts” thought to seek Tissi’s permission before releasing her work in this form. She lives in Switzerland and has recently conducted interviews and exhibited work:
