Hard one - the capital A - is a typical TAN FONTS creation.
The "e" is from Morganwalsh - which is by Letterstock.
Perhaps you can look through those two font creators to find an exact -- or more of the letters.

It reminds me of Eagle Bold - if no one finds it, perhaps you can use it with some modification and make it look like a woodblock font.
