The "e" is from Morganwalsh - which is by Letterstock.

It reminds me of Eagle Bold - if no one finds it, perhaps you can use it with some modification and make it look like a woodblock font.

I have no legit links for you - but this has had many names over the years - Empire at War, Enzone and Mercuron to name a few.
