I'm interest to use the Dekers font for commercial use...anyone know what should I do next, thanks.

Definantly contact the owner and talk to him. If he requires some donation, I would try to get as low as you can. After the donation (If you have to) Just make sure he knows what's happening and maybe show him what your using it for.
