Text reads "The Sasuke x Sakura Community".

I was unable to identify the font myself through WhatTheFont, since the sample image was small and the letters were close together. I apologize for the small and hard-to-read image, but the original banner from which I extracted the text is the only image to date that I've found with this specific font. Please let me know if you've seen this exact font elsewhere and/or know its name. No alternative fonts if possible--I only want to find this one. Thanks in advance.
