I was browsing the Techno/Square and Techno/Sci-Fi listings for a font with a certain aesthetic, and I came across https://www.dafont.com/kitchen-police.font , which was pretty similar to what I was looking for. However, I was wondering if there was a similar font that has capital letters and, ideally, isn't slanted. I have found another similar font (also slanted), but it's not available for free: https://webfont.fontplus.jp/font-list/cometstd-b

For what it's worth, I found a download link for CometStd on a Chinese forum called the Chinese Printing Community. I won't link to it here in case it's a violation of the rules, but it should be relatively easy to find if you search for CPC and CometStd.
