Need this font for a doing the titles of a catalogue, but cannot find it anywhere.

Is it possible this is a corporate font and not available for public use? I can't find anything even close to it. I'm sorry. If it were my account I'd sell them on the idea of a different font - maybe Bell Boy http://myfonts.us/td-GlTLv4
