It looks like they used a Nick Curtis font
Either Beauty School Dropout or Monica's Salon.
Both are commercial fonts these days, but I cannot find a link.

I knew this as a Compugraphic font named Salut Oblique.
Dafont has a version of it - that needs to be obliqued but will get you through it...
