I knew this as a Compugraphic font named Salut Oblique.
Dafont has a version of it - that needs to be obliqued but will get you through it...
It was a URW font named Puiseux (
example) and it is no longer available from URW (or myfonts.com).

It looks like Copperplate Condensed Bold - with a little bit of modification to the T and L

and they used some of the alternative letters from the Mason Alt Regular font...
