Probably hand written. No duplicate letters so not much to go for. Alas.

This is "Dr Carbfred" by Sudtipos fonts with a few modifications, like on the "O", and the "m" - but I recongnized that looking at E and t

You are absolutely right danihonorato. This is based on the Dr Carbfred. Alternate i (dotless), l (florin) and e (¾). And yes, modified O and E and an m that is probably made out of two n's.

good call, danihonorato! Many have tried to stump the kat on font IDs. Few have succeeded.
