This is the closest I could find. But I do believe it is Handy George.

I'll bet tonights beer that the 3D fx and 'candy stripe' are aftermarket and not part of the font as auroura seems to think. (And I do like my beer, so I hope I'm not proven wrong). As such, some similar here…

I don't know Typestyler, so can't say as to whether it could do this, but there is a very long list of software that can. Illustrator, Corel, Photoshop to name just 3, as well as skilful penmanship by a graphic designer/illustrator who doesn't use digital technologies, of which there are many.
Personally, I use Adobe Illustrator (as the day job) and you can create that sort of effect and then save it as a Graphic Style, leaving the text editable, and enabling you to recycle/reuse the effect whenever needed. Tut here:

Looks like i forfeit last nights beer! But to be honest, you wouldn't want it now…
Good find (although, the Candystripe fill isn't part of the 5 font set, so it is still custom)
