Hello alecbowman, claudeserieux,
very very similar (whitout l & t ).

Also Regal Black in another catalog.

Bella Rose looks very like it although as you say the tops of the "l" and "t" are different and the "o" has only one serif. The Modern Text suggested by claudeserieux also looks good. Will investigate those and look for the Regal Black too.
