The w's look like a Goudy font, but the rest is too tilted to be a Goudy Italic. No clue. Maybe it is Goudy Oldstyle Italic, only even more tilted or something.

The ampersand will tell you. Only two with that one around.

It really looks like what I said before - but really squashed. Weird.
