Eurostile (modified) Suggested by JoaquinR The two "t" are different. I thing (but not sure) it's not a font.
or maybe the use two different fonts....
I also think this isn't a font... There is only one font I know where it's able to put letters this way without modifying it...
Also, watch the 'h', I don't think they would put that in a normal font...
So, I say hand made, or modified....
it might be a Font but more and Likely not.
I agree, it is most likely manipulated to achieve its final effect. Any ideas to what the text is based on (or rather what it might have been premanip?)
Eurostile has a very similar, but slightly squarer, shape to many of the letters, particularly the S a r and y.
Congratulation for this identification ! It's not easy.
I think it's not possible to find one closer.
