In fact it's House Slant, a commercial font, as long as Dom Casual
but as long as jancountry asked for a school project,
i suggested the free Komika!

Did you see that Daaams found the main title?
and that you could visualize it ?

For the OWH logo, as for many old american newspapers, its a logo
http://www.avca.org/includes/media/images/OWHLogo-stack.jpg
Made with different fonts, designed for a perfect readability.
The O W H are copied from Cloister Black
http://www.dafont.com/cloister-black.font?fpp=50&af=on&text=Omaha+World+Herald
and English Towne
http://www.dafont.com/english-towne.font?fpp=50&af=on&text=Omaha+World+Herald
Iglesia
http://www.dafont.com/iglesia.font?fpp=50&af=on&text=Omaha+World+Herald

but as you can see here
http://www.dafont.com/pselect.php?folder_id=10003&page=1&prev_page=3&fpp=50&af=on&text=Omaha+World+Herald
very very few fonts have this sort of lowercase designed with angles used in this OWH logo
Suggested font: Cloister Black

jancountry
are you actually reading what we spend time answering to you for that school project of yours?

No, the font of the main title One fine sunday is ufortunately not free and it's one of a kind, no free identical one.
But you can sreen capture some texts on that website!
