Does anybody know this font? Because even though I know Keep On Truckin was like a retro font, I want to find this font because I'm doing a gfx which the font seems suitable for me to use

I tried searching for it. But the picture is too pixelated and the font color and background color are the same which is making it hard to detect the text. Could you please upload another picture or a clearer one?
