I believe it's 'Sand'.

Yeah, really overseen in the early 2000s... i think it was bundled with OSX at this time.
People who had no idea about which font to use to be fun were always using Sand.
Makes me want to puke, as Comic Sans MS does.

definitely on the banned fonts list!
