I do not know if this is something custom/handmade or not, but if it is an existing font, I would greatly appreciate to know what font it is, as I am looking to recreate it in higher resolution for use in stepmania.

Handel Gothic is used in older versions, but not this one. This is probably handdrawn.

Yeah... It's a handmade one by Konami.
Don't worry, I'll make a Font based on that.
