how in the heck do i take my font and put it on my microsoft word font list?

i've tried copying it to there but my computer froze.

help me.

did you unzip it before ?

Did you install the font?
If you're running windows, usually you can right click the font (I believe it's a .tff or .ttf) and install the font.
If it's installed then it should show up in your font list.
