Ayox3thousand, you're creating several accounts to overpass our duplicate filter, try to post duplicates every hour or so, do early bumps and now do thread squatting ! You're going to be our user of the month soon !

Talking of 'user of the month' where has Malvolio disappeared to?

Oh lordy, BOOOBs

'KELLY GISSLER' is manually condensed, the 'M' for Max isn't.

Looks like i forfeit last nights beer! But to be honest, you wouldn't want it now…
Good find (although, the Candystripe fill isn't part of the 5 font set, so it is still custom)

I don't know Typestyler, so can't say as to whether it could do this, but there is a very long list of software that can. Illustrator, Corel, Photoshop to name just 3, as well as skilful penmanship by a graphic designer/illustrator who doesn't use digital technologies, of which there are many.
Personally, I use Adobe Illustrator (as the day job) and you can create that sort of effect and then save it as a Graphic Style, leaving the text editable, and enabling you to recycle/reuse the effect whenever needed. Tut here:

I'd trust Heron2001 on the ident for the foundry. She has a much more finely tuned eye than I, despite my recent visit to Specsavers.

I'll bet tonights beer that the 3D fx and 'candy stripe' are aftermarket and not part of the font as auroura seems to think. (And I do like my beer, so I hope I'm not proven wrong). As such, some similar here…
