The typeface’s name Amirta. I am not sure if it is for sale any longer. The copyright appears to be to a studio named Artnivora. They have a page on Creative Market, URL https://creativemarket.com/users/Artnivora.Std, and there is a messaging button on the page. You might be able to get word about the status of Amirta there. This is the Regular style of Luchador. Many of the samples shown at Envato have added the overlayed ornaments.
