This was painted by a signmaker. So they were always known for taking a basic font - and changing it as they painted. So not so easy to find an "exact font" --

I don't know if they have it anymore - they do have Excelsior but the font this is they now call Excelerate--

because of the differences in the "a" - I would guess this is not a font. (But I've been wrong so many times.) However, if you are looking for something similar - take a peek at the scripts at Creative Market.
