It kind of looks like Showcard Gothic that has been beaten up... and then obliqued.
Or this may do the trick.
I'm sorry I don't recognize this - but is is very similar to Akka Lines
perhaps a substitute?

I have strong doubts that this is a font. The Es and Ns and Ys do not match up when repeated.

you can modify something like Intro Black Alternative
and then quick modify Dokyo for the a/e:
