The alternate A can be found on the glyph page - http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/fort-foundry/bourbon/regular/glyphs.html#index
and is available on Open Type... which cannot be displayed.
And once upon a time they called this Moonshiner.
I think it is Hello Goodbye - but stretched out... how many Vs would have those bumps?

In ITC Serif Gothic Heavy Weight
This was set in Brown, given a black drop shadow- which is why letters like the P are filled in...
Weight used: BOLD

This was Serif Gothic Black - using the alternatives it use to have... (you can see them on transfer type sheets or in old typositor books)that contain the original ITC fonts.
