I was reading this post and what does "rent a Serb" mean (just being curious)?

Probably due to the fact this font is just for personal use. If you purchase it, you'd get all the symbols and accents.
There are some minor and insignificant differences, true. Besides, it wouldn't be the first time someone copied a font and renamed it, in order to make money. Maybe this happened here too, who knows ^^
