The number 8 could be 'Bou College' but this is pretty close.

That would be easy to do on Photoshop. Use Century Gothic on normal. I just made it myself. Took me about 2 mins haha. I would show you, but i dunno how to get it on here :S

It is an awesome logo! I don't think there is a font for this. Team USA probably just made it. You could always try creating a variation of it yourself though.
