Hardly.
Some letters look slightly different resp. modified, but you can tell by the R that it's "Rage Italic".

I'm a little unsure about the i-dot and the r's, but Sony is the closest font i could find.

Then find a free version or a similar font that's free. The font you requested is identified, so the job is done here. And it's not our duty to help you find a free font. And if you really want it, $3 is not too much.
