I knew this as a Compugraphic font named Salut Oblique.
Dafont has a version of it - that needs to be obliqued but will get you through it...

It was a URW font named Puiseux (example) and it is no longer available from URW (or myfonts.com).

The "P" reminds me of the word Racing that is used all over the place, and I cannot think of the name of that font... not the same, but similar.
