I think you mean "any advice" - and if so - I'd say that someone used Monotype's Scotch Roman and 1) modified the "R" and 2) cracked it up.

I don't know if you'll find an exact match. Pretty close for Philadelphia is: Interstate Bold Condensed
and for Kraft: something like Zwo w-8 small caps....

It was designed in the 1880s - and the W is similar to Cloister Old Black... you can grab some Old English, a bit of Mariage... and have some fun reproducing it.
