I think you mean "any advice" - and if so - I'd say that someone used Monotype's Scotch Roman and 1) modified the "R" and 2) cracked it up.

and for Kraft: something like Zwo w-8 small caps....
I wonder if someone made a similar font with the "a" in your sample...

It was designed in the 1880s - and the W is similar to Cloister Old Black... you can grab some Old English, a bit of Mariage... and have some fun reproducing it.
I'm sorry too - I did not mean to sound so harsh... it was a "tough" divorce... and I'm happy and proud to be single. I don't use anything in front of the Jackie... it's just me!
