The WA looks like it was modified/handtailored from Rivoli.
BTW - the Waldorf has money - and most likely had this made especially for them - I wouldn't put it pass management there... A good substitute for the rest would be Litera: http://myfonts.us/td-dMdHZL

This looks like a font that is not longer available called Sign Painter
House Industries does still have a Sign Painter series and House Informal is close.
