Some kind of Baskerville. The one from URW should do the trick (not all versions has that same letter C).

After I posted I realized you never meant it could be a green and I added the last sentence. But I still think that it's a lot of modifications depending on what you're trying to achieve with the font. I hope I didn't sound rude
