It seems that Gill Sans Nova is closer to this due to the alternate [a],[g] and the shape of the [l].

From my research, I can say the following:
--Almost the same structure as "Cooper" (by Oswald Bruce Cooper).
--The outer line of these typefaces are thickened by "Stroke" command of Adobe Illustrator.
Inferred from the lower case [a] in the first and third lines of this image.
--But even if I make "Cooper Light" fatter, it will look different from the typeface in this image.
