Not sure what you're refering to.

All the Tropic-something fonts of dafont are here, and there's no "tropicalista":

Same thing on google, no font goes by the name of "tropicalista".

Pas persuadé que ce soit une police.
Par exemple, les trois "a" de Ouarzazate sont différents, les deux "A" de ATLANTIQUE sont différents, les deux "a" de Taroudant sontn encore différents, pareil pour Méditerranée...
