What is this font?

Please could you tell me the name of this font...the "V" is altered but the "oodoo" is a font.

Hi David,
I do not think this was a font at all... someone made an "O" and used it 4 ways as an O and then stretch a point to make a "D" -- I've run this through three different Font ID programs - and not one is being helpful, not even with a decent "close" suggestion... Sorry.
