Honest Folks look totally like Duke Fill, but I have no idea where they took the inline part. Maybe hand made.

Honest Folks is cyclone. I've been eyeing that one.

Actually, its not exactly cyclone. I checked the S. But it's close....

I'm 100% sure you are right. The inline is going to be either fx (offset fill) or an internal stroke. The only problematic glyph is the 'N', but it would be a 30 second job to fix it to match the sample.
