Close to U&lc would be Eloquent... (I always thought it was based on Bodoni/Didot myself...)

Not sure it's a font, but this magazine (and most likely, its logo) was designed by Herb Lubalin.

The two smaller fonts are ITC Serif Gothic also designed by Lubalin and ITC Souvenir designed by Edward Benguiat.
