I tried downloading happy camper so I could use it in an edit I was making but it won’t download

Does something happen when you download it? Does it stay on the same page or does it give you a blank page?
Are other fonts downloading correctly?

I downloaded some fonts it does everything right except when i get to the part where it says to install the font it dont it says extract then i do but nothing happens. Please can someone help
