This looks like Helvetica Neue (95) Black - that someone did a special snowy effect at the bottom

I don't think it's Helvetica Neue Black, just Helvetica Black.

Helvetica and Hevetica Neue - are the same - just different manufacturers. The Neue was made from the original Swiss drawings of Helvetica. Most Helveticas were digitized from the Americans who were so anxious to have this face they made their own cuts.
