Danish broadcaster DR refreshed their channels' graphics.
The first was DR K, their arts and culture channel.
For promos, they use two fonts. A big round type for the time.
The other underneath is a film blockbuster like display font

Plaak  Sugerida por Shiruba 
DIN Condensed Bold  Sugerida por vinz 

Looks like FF Din Condensed Bold for the 2nd part except for the G an N
