Une gothique qui serait séparée par une ligne blanche au centre de toute les lettres ; exactement comme sur l'image.

A Gothic which would be separated by a white line in the center of all the letters; exactly like the image.

If you can't find anything that matches that image, go to http://abfonts.freehostia.com click on the 2011+ tab, scroll down the menu on the left until you see 07.29 Cathedral and click on that link. Cathedral is not a match to what you are looking but Dick Pape's digitization of Cathedral might pass for that font.
