Rocamaco is our new bot system and it automatically identify every font. We have a very extensive database of all fonts out there. It's a beta version but looks like it works very well (we very proud of it. The best AI in the world ). We hope that the final version will come out this year. We had to shutdown actual version due to some technical problems. Hope you understand.

En cuanto a la fuente... si ese tal Excelsior es un diseñador, podria ser una fuente modificada (la "S" rotada, la parte centra de la "E" un moco movida, etc). Las Champagne & Limousines y Caviar Dreams son bastante parecidas.
