It seems, according to this screenshot (the Swash capitals) that they used "Im Fell Dw", but doesn't it seem a little bit too bold compared to the font used in the book, or does it seem okay to you?

On the left, Im Fell Dw, on the right, the book: http://i35.servimg.com/u/f35/15/37/26/36/garamo13.jpg Here it seems to match.
But here, there is a ligature "fi": http://i35.servimg.com/u/f35/15/37/26/36/garamo15.jpg I guess that even though it is a ttf font, they found a way to add ligatures.
