Found it, I know other people suggested this font already, but I know it's the actual font used. Do you have to pay for it? No, because it's free!

But Frozito doesn't have numbers when I download it(the numbers shown in DafontFree.com). Come on, FZ. Put numbers on the free version of that font.
Also Kustren's Frozen font v1 and v2 is the same as Ice Kingdom.
