Needing help on identifying this font.....anyone who can help? Thank you in advance!!

Looks like Asia / Asia Normal with some letters modified.

Have no idea where to get it though. It's a font in my photoshop, but since I'm not the original buyer, I have no idea where you can DL / buy it, should it be a commercial font. Searching it on MyFonts yielded no results.
