The personal use of the font is free. It means you can use it for your Christmas card, your birthday party, your personal web page etc. Every use involving you on a private level.
If you really like the font and want to make a donation, though, feel free to do so! But you really don't have to.

As soon as there is a business component in the use, such as a company logo, poster, professional website, advertisement etc., you'll need to contact me for a pro license. Don't fret, it is simple, fast and cheap.

And of course, in no way can you sell the font itself!
