Updates are reviewed manually indeed. I can see you have submitted several updates today. Those will be reviewed a bit later today most likely.

Sorry you haven't received an answer yet, you only submitted your font 48 hours ago. I reviewed it and unfortunately, it has a few issues. First of all, it doesn't have kerning or spacing and it would really be necessary. There is also an alignement problem because some characters seem to be well above the baseline for no reason. Finally, the thickness of the letters is very inconsistant. If you feel like you can fix these issues, then you can absolutely submit it again in the future. I hope it helps.
I have a question, what happens when the fonts were oversized but it aligns well with baselines?
Also I submitted a font and I think I fixed all of the issues of my font from the site I created it.

It has been about 8 months for my font "Lugoj" (yes, I uploaded it 2x in a short time span, but that is because i made some small fixes between the two versions) - did not receive any notification of it being rejected, but also it's not online.
There seems to be errors with submitting fonts these days. We have uploaded many over the past decade; however, no new submissions have worked over the past 2-3 years.
Originally, we received emails stating the following, although this does not seem to be correct and in more recent times, new submissions dont recieve any response at all.
1. Spacing or kerning problem
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kerning
2. Font naming problem (missing in some fields, or not matching)
3. Space glyph unset, or too much small/large
In response to the problems listed above,
1. A lot of our fonts are graffiti style. For these fonts to look right when they are in use, the kerning needs to somewhat overlap, this is intentional and the font would not look right without this.
2. If anyone can provide more information on this, we would appreciate it.
3. The space glyph is definitely set. We have tried variations where we copied and pasted the exact space glyph from default fonts on a computer just to test if this was the problem.
We have even tried uploading the vector artwork into Calligraphr (the online font builder tool) so it can generate it in a different way to our native process however this has not worked either.
We would have made 100s more fonts by now if dafont didnt have these issues!
