Zombie Holocaust

Hi, I really love this font but I am just concerned about one thing, am I allowed to use this for commercial use?
I know this site states it is 100% free but I would just like clarification.

just wondering if theres a version withouth the holes through the letters or is it my program?

tried making a sticker up with this font but it cuts out so many little bits of the words and some are tearing because of the size

i love the font im just wondering if its my program or if there is another similar without the holes in the lettering?
