Yes I'm the author of this font. Feel free to use it for free in commercial projects. The licence is free for all as long as you are not selling font itself. It is my contribution and tribute to the all font creators.

Thank you for sharing your font. It is nice. I just wish basic punctuation was included (commas, period, apostrophe..).
